Thursday 9th February I left London after 2 weeks as a nomad having sold Wexford Road and moved out on 27th January.
I was happy to leave Wexford Road after 36 years and many happy memories brining up my two daughters Anais and Zoe. Sad to leaving my kind neighbour, Mark – he and I have spent many an evening chatting and playing snooker on a 3/4 table in his basement.

I had a whirlwind tour of Middle England to visit my dear friend Jez in Woodford Valley, my sister Tessa in Hungerford, my sister Kate near Chipping Norton, Simon and Janet in Catesby, back to stay with another dear friend Jon and finally on to stay with my sister Alex near Petersfield.

How free I felt again with just a rucksack and a thirst for new adventures.
Thank you to you all for your hospitality and love! Mark, we have had many laughs and shared the joy of so many missed pots and some classics along the cushions. Simon and Janet, so lovely to see you both and, Simon, playing off 12 now just shows how you don’t need talent to be good at anything:) Jon, thank you for you hospitality and time spent together, the chess and the fun games with Caline and Adele.
Today I head for the Alps and Brides-les-Bains to ski for a month in Méribel where Zoe is bartending for the season. Anais is joining me and the three of us hope to enjoy a day or two of powder if we are lucky with the weather.
